Google just introduced the Chromecast, the small and affordable device that lets us simply plug into our HD TV. Chromecast allow user to use phone, tablet or laptop to push online content on a TV screen. It works with Netflix, YouTube, Google Play Movies & TV and Google Play Music. Google also released Chromecast SDK for developers.
Chromecast is a small dongle like device you can plug into your TV USB and it’ll connect to your home Wi-Fi. Once Chromecast is setup and ready. Users can use their phone, tablet or laptop to browse and cast content to TV, play and pause & control the volume.
The device worked across platforms: Android tablets and Smartphone, iOS, Chrome Mac and Windows. It’s like a personal remote.
Chromecast just need Wi-Fi enabled to support device and HDTV and of course your Wi-Fi connection.

Starting today, the Chromecast device is available for $35 on Google Play, Amazon.com and BestBuy.com. It will be available in Best Buy stores across the U.S. Starting July 28. For a limited time, you also get three months of Netflix included.
