HTC has launched the new 2017 edition of flagship devices under the ‘U’ name. Two new devices are HTC U Ultra & HTC U Play. Both the device carrying new 3D contoured liquid surface design with curved glass on back.
HTC U Ultra
HTC U Ultra comes with Dual Display, first display 5.7-inch Quad HD Super LCD 5 Display which is protected by Gorilla Glass 5 (64GB model) or Sapphire Glass (128GB model) and the second display size is around 2-inch. It has 2.15 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 processor, 4GB RAM, 64 GB or 128 GB Internal Store with MicroSD card support and 3000 mAh battery with Quick Charge 3.0.
HTC U Ultra comes with 12MP UltraPixel 2 camera with 1.55μm pixel, Laser autofocus, Phase Detection autofocus, f/1.8 aperture, OIS, Dual-tone LED flash and 4K video recording with 3D Hi-Res Audio. On the front, it has 16 MP UltraPixel camera with Full HD video recording.

HTC U Play has 5.2-inch Full HD Super LCD Display, MediaTek Helio P10 processor, 3GB or 4GB RAM, 32GB or 64 GB Internal Storage and 2500 mAh battery with fast charging.
The phone comes with 16 P rear camera with PDAF, OIS, f/2.0 aperture, Dual-tone LED flash and Full HD recording at 30 fps. On the front, it has 16MP UltraPixel camera with f/2.0 aperture and full HD video recording.
HTC U lacks Always On voice command, BoomSound speakers, Dual Display and UltraPixel camera on rear.
